For Buyers
It's been proven that properties sell for more when a professional real estate agent is involved. The Federal Trade Commission completed an exhaustive study and revealed that merchandising and service add value and cost to a property purchase. That's not totally surprising.
What is surprising is that some home purchasers who will pay the cost of service do not get the benefit of exclusive buyer representation. I am usually able to provide exclusive representation and all the best services to you with my fees paid by the seller. So, if you have a choice to purchase without representation, or with my representation, I hope you'll choose me. You deserve to have someone looking out for your special interests, don't you agree?
For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. I pride myself on repeat business and hope you'll come to understand why.How I Can Help
